Bringing a new product to market can seem daunting. We demystify the process to build a transparent partnership. Whether you have a design sketch (OEM) or want to customize a proven model (ODM), our step-by-step process ensures clarity and efficiency from day one. And because we know speed matters in the fashion-driven sports eyewear market, we've streamlined every stage to get you to market faster.

Phase 1 – Discovery & Briefing: We start by understanding your brand identity, target price point, and performance requirements.

We discuss lens preferences (polarized, photochromic, or single-tint), frame materials (TPU, polycarbonate, or nylon), and strap designs.

We then create a feasibility assessment, a preliminary Bill of Materials and a realistic production timeline.

Phase 2 – 3D Development & Branded Mock-ups: Once we receive your logo artwork and color specifications, our design team creates a

high-resolution digital effect drawing (mock-up) showing your logo precisely placed on the frame, strap, and lens—exactly as the final product

will appear. This gives you a realistic preview to share with your sales team or retail buyers for early sell-in. We also provide 3D CAD models

for structural evaluation. Most mock-ups are completed within 3–5 working days.

Phase 3 – Functional Prototyping & Logo Application: We produce physical samples that replicate the final product's fit, weight, and strap

tension. Crucially, we apply your logo via pad printing or heat transfer on the prototype, so you can verify placement, color accuracy, and

durability. We ship these to you for real-world testing—on the slopes, the trails, or the track. This is your chance to catch any fit or fogging

issues before tooling begins.

Phase 4 – Sample Approval: Once you approve the "Golden Sample" with all specifications locked, we immediately move to tooling. No back-

and-forth, no delays.

Phase 5 – Mass Production & QC: With your approval confirmed, we begin full-scale production.

Our efficient production planning ensures lead times are significantly shorter than industry averages—typically 35–45 days for standard

orders after sample sign-off, depending on quantity. We own our injection molding and assembly lines, giving us end-to-end quality control

with multi-stage inspections at every step.

We are not just a manufacturer; we are an extension of your team. From the first concept sketch to the finished product on your customer's

face, we deliver speed, precision, and peace of mind—with no surprises along the way.
